SOCCER: Heritage girls defeat LFO, set to host Carrollton in region championship

The No. 10 state ranked Lady Generals completed their regular season with a 3-2 win on Wednesday, April 14 at Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe.

The victory makes second-year Heritage 13-0-1 overall and 10-0 in the region.

The Navy-and-Red, led by head coach Stacy Pickens, will host Carrollton on Friday at 5 p.m. for the Region 6-AAA championship.

The Generals will compete in the state tournament on April 30 on their own home field.

Emily Rebne, Blair Harden, and Kansas Carpenter scored one goal each against the Warriors.
