Katie Lansing continues to be a scoring machine for the Rome High girls.

Lansing added two more goals to her steadily-growing total Friday night while leading the Lady Wolves to a 3-0 win over Northwest Whitfield.

Kelly Kozera also added a goal and Theresa Stevens had an assist for the Lady Wolves, who improved to 6-5 overall and 4-2 in the area.

Amanda Escutia and Jessie Armstrong split time in goal, and finished with two saves each.

Rome will be the No. 3 seed in the area tournament, and will visit Hillgrove on Tuesday.
