Soccer: Heritage girls shutout Ringold to remain undefeated

The undefeated Heritage girls' soccer team reached another milestone on Thursday, March 25 against rival Ringgold.



Striker Blair Harden and keeper Amber Burton led the Generals to a 4-0 win over the Tigers to earn the program's 10th win in school history.



Harden, a freshman, led the offense with two goals, while Burton recorded her eighth

shutout.



Head coach Stacy Pickens said defeating Ringgold for the second time this season, and

earning one more victory then last year was a huge accomplishment.



"We want to finish the region undefeated," she said. "But we're taking it one game at

a time now she said."

Harden's scored two goals against Ringgold.



atelyn Beekman and Emily Rebne also had one goal each.
