The Ringgold girls defeated rival Heritage, 52-45, on Thursday, Feb. 11 to advanced in the 6-AAA North tournament at Heritage High School.
Allie Fairchild was one of three Lady Tigers to score in double figures with a total of 13 points.
Britteny Goldsmith added 11 points while Lauren West had 10, including one trey.
Heritage's Sarah Broome was the game's leading scorer with 14 points.
Brittany Harvey contributed 12 points for the Generals. That included two treys.
Ringgold was scheduled to play Ridgeland this evening. The tournament has been postponed due to the threat of winter weather.
