No. 5 Gordon Lee (17-1, 7-0) led 21-6 after one quarter and opened up a 44-9 lead at halftime.
Bowdon scored 12 points in the fourth quarter, ending a five-quarter streak by the Lady Trojans of not allowing an opponent to score in double figures.
Gordon Lee also stayed red-hot from behind the arc, hitting seven more 3-pointers.
Holli Brooks had 10 points in the win while Lesslie Bohannon, Anna Quinn and Lil Bradbury each finished with nine. Eight different players scored six or more in a balanced scoring night.
Bowdon was forced into 38 turnovers during the game. Sky Nicholson paced the Lady Devils with seven points.
Gordon Lee has now won 14 consecutive games by an average of 27 points a game. They have held their opponents to just over 40 points a game during that stretch.
