The Yellow Jackets received 37 percent of the vote, edging out Pepperell, which finished second with 21 percent of the vote.
Both the Jackets and the Dragons remain undefeated this season and both are ranked in the Class AA poll. Calhoun is No. 1 and Pepperell is No. 6 in the latest poll.
Other teams getting at least five percent of the vote included Chattooga with 10 percent, Armuchee with nine percent and La Fayette with six percent.
